One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) SB Pools 1, 3, and 5A

 

OASIS Small Business is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside contract with the ability to do Socio-Economic Set-Asides at the TO level. Both OASIS Unrestricted and OASIS Small Business are a family of 7 separate Governmentwide Multiple Award, IDIQ TO contracts that span 28 NAICS Codes and 6 NAICS Code Exceptions under the economic subsector 541, Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. QuantiTech remains an active OASIS SB Prime contractor and is eligible for SB set aside awards for the remainder of our contract period of performance.

 

 

Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional and Engineering Services (EXPRESS) Business & Analytical, Technical, and Programmatic Domains

 

The Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) Program is a group of multiple award BPAs leveraging commercial processes and innovative enhancements established within the “evergreen” aspects of the GSA schedules program offer professional and highly technical advisory and assistance services to Team Redstone. QuantiTech has access to all four domains (Business and Analytical, Logistics, Programmatic, and Technical) through both Prime Contract awards or strategic corporate relationships.

Electronic Federal Aviation Administration Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST)

 

The eFASTcontract is a multi-year Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) program offering broad technical scope, many contract and award types, and a wide array of labor categories with fixed ceiling rates. eFAST is the FAA’s preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling Agency Small Business goals. The FAA enters into multiple MOAs with Small Businesses, to provide comprehensive management, engineering and technical support services.

Exploration Systems Project (ESP)

 

The ESP contract is a performance-based IDIQ contract to provide engineering solutions and products for design, development, test, evaluation, operations and training in support of MSFC flight projects, human and robotic exploration, science and technology development, future programs/projects, and other MSFC organizations that have similar needs.

Technical Engineering Analytical Management Support (TEAMS)

 

The TEAMS contract is a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to acquire professional services for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). These requirements typically necessitate the integration of several professional service disciplines such as program management; management consulting; engineering; scientific; environmenta; advertising and marketing; human resources; and financial management.

SeaPort-e

 

The SeaPort-e contract is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements amongst 2400+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders.

Space and Missile Defense Initiative Support III (SMDIS III)

 

The SMDIS III contract provides Scientific, Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) and operational support services under a multiple award, IDIQ for U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC), Army Forces Strategic Command (ARSTRAT), and agencies which collaborate with them on definition, planning, development, and execution of Space, Missile Defense, Global Strike, Information Operations, C4ISR, and related missions.

The RS3 contract is a Multiple Award IDIQ Performance Based Services Contract that provides customized best value solutions to a diverse group of organizations that span the spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission requirements throughout the world.
