 QuantiTech was founded and incorporated in December 1991 as a Minority, Woman-owned Small Business in Huntsville, Alabama with Sheila Brown serving as the CEO. The corporation currently maintains its corporate office in Huntsville, Alabama and satellite operations in Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, and Corpus Christi, Texas. QuantiTech employs professionals capable in Acquisition and Program Management; Business and Financial, Engineering and System Interoperability; Operations Research, and Systems Analysis (ORSA); Software Development and Computer Science; Environmental and Safety; and Facility Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Design.
